SELECTED WORK ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Conducted needs assessments for numerous organizations to determine appropriate consulting approaches. Needs assessments include: one-on-one interviews, surveys, and focus groups. Information is gathered confidentially and is used to determine desired course of action.

Designed and facilitated over 350 customized meetings, retreats, workshops, and presentations, to help clients improve organizational and personal effectiveness; received client feedback and evaluations with outstanding ratings of services provided. Topics include: Total Quality Management (TQM), process improvement, change management, team building, customer service, leadership development and coaching, internal consulting, facilitation training, conflict resolution, and project management.

Assisted numerous public and private sector organizations in planning and implementing significant organizational change: re-engineering, culture change, and job redesign. Developed vision and mission statements, strategic and change management plans, identified potential impacts, provided training in change management principles, and provided coaching and counseling services in the use of effective strategies.

Coached executives, managers, and staff in how to enhance job performance, especially in the areas of improving interpersonal relationships and in effectively resolving conflicts with co-workers.

Provided third-party conflict resolution services for numerous public and private sector organizations; assisted individuals in identifying new patterns and approaches for resolving conflict; provided information for individuals and teams to clarify the sources of conflict; and worked with teams to develop continuing strategies for effective conflict resolution.

Managed comprehensive training programs for two major organizations with budgets over $1.75 million. Programs included a full-range of technical and managerial courses for all organizational levels, training needs assessment, staffing, contracting, and program evaluation.
