MARSHA FRASER
Marsha
Fraser, the President of solutions@work,
has over 25 years of experience in organizational development and
human resource management. Marsha has served as a consultant, facilitator,
manager, and public speaker. Marsha specializes in managing organizational
change, continuous improvement, customer service training, team
building and leadership development, executive coaching, facilitation
skills.
Prior to forming her own consulting firm ten years ago, Marsha
was a Vice President in the Seattle office of Drake Beam Morin Inc.,
the world's largest career transition consulting firm, specializing
in executive assessment, counseling, and outplacement.
Marsha also worked for nine years at the Bonneville Power Administration
(BPA) in Portland, Oregon. As the BPA's human resource development
manager, she managed a staff of twenty-eight responsible for organizational
development, executive and management development, training, and
employee relations.
Prior to her work at the Bonneville Power Administration, Marsha
worked for four years for the Department of Defense. Marsha served
as the West Coast Regional Training Manager for 1,200 people in
four states managing both technical and managerial training programs.
Marsha also trained as a Contract Administration and Quality Assurance
Specialist in mechanical, electronic, and electrical areas.
Marsha received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the
University of California, Santa Barbara. She received her Master's
degree in Public Administration from California State University,
Fullerton, where her emphasis was in Personnel Management and Counseling
Psychology. Marsha also has several doctoral level hours in clinical
psychology from Pacific University in Portland, Oregon.
