Birkman 2000
The Birkman 2000 is an in-depth and versatile assessment tool for
individuals and for teams. The Birkman 2000 assessment offers extensive,
objective, and reliable data from state-of-the-art research to help
enhance understanding of human potential and capability.
The Birkman 2000 assessment can be used in a wide variety of applications.
Some of the more common uses for the Birkman are to:
- Help a new or long-standing team better understand its members
styles.
- Assist individuals to resolve conflict.
- Provide coaching assistance to individuals and to teams
- Help align individual and team goals, needs and interests with
organizational goals.
- Understand strengths and remove limiting misperceptions.
- Understand diversity of styles and apply them in problem solving.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is an assessment instrument, which
provides team members with some very clear clues regarding their
preferences and tendencies on four bipolar personality dimensions.
The MBTI can be used in Team Building in a variety of applications
such as: communication patterns, decision making, conflict resolution,
and understanding team members styles and the effect of their
styles on each other.
Styles @ Work
An 18-question communication style assessment that describes five
possible major communication styles. Each style has preferred approaches
and strategies for others to use to communicate most effectively
with that style.
